ABOUT Camille
I know what it feels like to spend so much time trying to understand everyone else that you slowly stop listening to yourself.
For many of us, those patterns began long before adulthood. As children, we learn what helps us feel safe, accepted, loved, or protected from conflict. Those experiences begin shaping the thoughts, beliefs, and emotional patterns we carry with us, often without realizing they are still running quietly in the background.
That is where my work begins.
I help women recognize the patterns they learned, understand why those patterns continue to show up, and begin creating a new internal program that supports who they are now and how they want to live.
HOW I HELP YOU CREATE NEW PATTERNS
Through neuroscience based coaching, meditation, and practical tools and techniques, we work to interrupt old automatic responses and reinforce new ways of thinking, feeling, and choosing. This is what I mean when I talk about rewiring the brain. It is not about forcing yourself to think positively. It is about practicing new patterns until they begin to feel more natural than the old ones.
My approach is not about telling you what you should do. It is about helping you quiet the noise long enough to hear yourself again, trust what you know, and make decisions from clarity instead of fear, guilt, or the expectations of other people.
My background in education, business leadership, neuroscience based coaching, and meditation has given me a wide range of tools, but what matters most to me is that the work feels practical and personal. I want you to leave our conversations with something you can actually use in your everyday life.
Sometimes that means learning how to set a boundary without carrying the guilt afterward. Sometimes it means understanding why the same emotional pattern keeps showing up. Sometimes it means learning how to respond differently instead of automatically falling back into an old reaction.
And sometimes it is simply having a space where you can say what you are really thinking without having to explain or defend yourself.
True transformation happens when you do more than understand the pattern. You create a new one.
That is the work I love helping women do.
